We had been shopping for a siding contractor over two years but came to the realization that we could not afford it. We then started to analyze the costs of materials and labor, we couldn’t figure out why everyone was marking up over 300+%. My wife and I decided to try it on our own but quickly got in over our heads, like on day one. We contacted Cody, with Same Day Carpenter, and he came out the next day. 
Cody blew us away with how knowledgeable he was on siding and gave us some options to help keep us within our budget. Cody guided us through all the bumps and hiccups that come with replacing 50yr. old siding. We also ended up sheathing the entire house, something that would have been double, if not triple the cost, using any of the previous companies that provided us estimates.  
The house looks amazing and at a quality we could never achieve on our own. We’re so grateful to Cody and couldn’t be happier with the experience!
